At Select by Shiva, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
